Product description
While the technical-aesthetic texture of the coach hides a net used in making the Loom chair, it remains inside a continuous frame that hides the outer spring steel section. This solution unites the two materials in a unique way, emphasising the elaborate design of an apparently simple project. The thick leather used for Loom is cut with a new high-frequency machine, a product of an innovative technological concept. The leather is sewn and finished by hand, a traditional characteristic of Matteograssi products, while the load-bearing structure is made of stainless steel with laser-cut parts that are then hand finished and polished. Loom is entirely designed and manufactured in Italy. Currently, the Loom series consists of three pieces: a low lounge chair, a high lounge chair and a footrest. Carrying frame in polished stainless steel; cover in leather netting; feet in plastic.
