Making a 3D model of this quite unusual chair with quirky design was a real challenge for our in-house designers. Yet, we are more than satisfied with the result since our computer generated version of the Dent Office is a mirror-perfect image of its original. Crafted with meticulous attention to every tiny detail, the 3D model will work perfectly in any contemporary working environment.
Despite its rough appearance, the Dent Office chair has been designed to provide a comfortable seat for the user. The innovative Dent seating collection is the results of O4i’s attempts to make the impossible become possible in molding a double-curved 3D surface out of ordinary veneer. The Dent family consists of several pieces with various finishes and leg bases, and is produced by Bla Station. The office version is a swivel based chair with shell in layer-glued compression-moulded ash wood. Comfortable, expressive and useful, it is another piece of epic design by the Swedish design studio O4i.
