a. After you have downloaded any 3d model once you can easily download it again at any time later on by choosing it from My Downloads page where we log all your downloads.
Additionally, you can just follow the usual steps as you’re downloading a model from the catalog but your account will not be charged since you have already been charged for that model the first time you downloaded it.

 a. Our 3d models catalogue is organized by 4 main characteristics: product type, manufacturer, designer and themes. In the “Product type” section you can easily browse the models grouped by their function. For example, if you click on “3d models groups>seating>chairs>” you’ll obtain a list of all chairs in the catalogue. In the “Manufacturer” section we have listed alphabetically all the manufacturers presented in the site which is the easiest way to find all 3d models available from the company you are interested in. The “Designers” section works similarly to the “Manufacturers” section but it groups the 3d models by their designer. In the “Themes” section all the models are grouped by the respective various design styles to which they belong as well as by other categories, such as “new re-editions”, “wicker design”, etc. Please note that these categories are very subjective and it is very likely that you might not like our classification for a specific product/s in the catalogue.

a. You have two billing options when buying 3d models at www.designconnected.com. You can choose the Paypal payment option if you have a Paypal account or you can make a payment via bank transfer.

 a. Even though we work hard to expand our selection with more new models, there’s still a chance that won't be able to find what you’re looking for. Should that be the case, please contact us directly to receive a quotation for the production of any interior design product/products in 3d for your project or submit a 3d model request using our request form and our team will do its best to fulfill your request as soon as possible. Please note that you need to have personal account at www.designconnected.com in order to be able to submit any 3d models requests.

 a. It's a new file format especially developed to work with our exciting Designconnected Manager software. Each 3d model from our catalogue is available in DCM (Designconnected Model) file format along with the other file formats, such as MAX, OBJ, etc. By using the DCM format you can easily organize and access your 3d models collection through the Designconnected Manager plug-in directly within the Autodesk 3dstudioMAX/VIZ software. In addition, the DCM format, together with Designconnected Manager, makes it possible to use some advance features, such as advance search, easy categorizing of your personal collection of models, easy access to additional product information, e.g. model name, manufacturer, designer, materials used, dimensions and much more, offering you the option to conveniently browse and preview all your models directly within the 3dstudioMAX interface as well as the unique change model with single click feature.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Please note that you won’t be able to use any of your DCM models with other 3d authoring programs or render engines except Autodesk 3dstudioMAX/VIZ and Chaos Group V-Ray rendering system for 3dstudioMAX/VIZ. If you plan to use the models in other 3d authoring program or with another 3d rendering engine, you might want to consider downloading your 3d models into any of the other file formats available. The Designconnected Manager supports only its native DCM file format therefor you need to download your models in that format only if you plan to use them with your personal copy of the Designconnected Manager. All other file formats available in the catalogue, such as max, obj, etc. ARE NOT compatible with Designconnected Manager and you can use them directly into your 3d authoring program.
