Pascal Mourge's Downtown collection is both innovative and unique. Downtown can be characterized by the mobility and assymmetry of its backrests; whereas this new concept offers a completely mobile type of comfort for those who like to move or change resting positions often. Each piece in this collection is offered with a lumbar cushion that can be covered in a coordinating fabric. All items have an articulated metal frame with panels of multi-ply and thermoformed edges. The fireside chair unfolds to become a large footrest. The chaise can be transormed into a generously proportioned 81" day bed. To convert the sofa into a bed, the foot becomes the headresr (a white sheet is available if desired) by means of a five-position mechanism.
